About

I am a Teaching Professor at Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, where I teach entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation. My work centers on helping students move from insight to action. I call it sparking forward: taking the next step after recognizing how something can be built better, faster, or more thoughtfully.

Before entering academia, I co-founded and scaled InkCycle into a $100M enterprise built on patented engineering innovation. I later founded Griffin Monroe Group, advising Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, and institutional analysts on growth strategy and mergers and acquisitions.

Today, I focus on developing leaders who think critically, act ethically, and create meaningful value. I also serve as faculty advisor to Women in TEM, supporting emerging women leaders in technology and entrepreneurship.
